Biography
Victoria N. Medley is an Associate at Perlmutter & McGuinness, P.C. Mrs. Medley graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2014, where she served as President of the Brooklyn Law chapter of the American Civil Liberties Union. During law school, she interned with Gideon’s Promise, a non-profit that provides continuing educational resources and support to public defenders. While there, Mrs. Medley second-chaired two trials and assisted in felony, magistrate, and family court matters. Following graduation, she worked as a legal fellow for the Legal Aid Society’s Criminal Appeals Bureau, where she assisted writing felony and sex offender registration appeals, as well as challenges to waivers and parole advocacy letters.
Mrs. Medley joined Perlmutter & McGuinness, P.C. in 2016. Her developing practice focuses on state and federal criminal defense, as well as civil rights litigation, including prisoner rights.
